1. Contractual Framework

Welcome to SpeSchool Pro ("Service", "we", "our"). By activating your application workspace configuration database through our setup wizard, you agree to comply with these terms. Our order process and transaction cycles are fully operated by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com.

2. Account Responsibility & Minor Account Profiles

Subscribing schools and centers are strictly responsible for checking the legitimacy of minor student configurations. Administrators are authorized to execute minor linkages via our Guardian framework provided they maintain valid explicit parental permissions according to local jurisdiction standards.

3. Subscription Cycles & Paddle Merchant Terms

All fee items, renewals, and payment validation are administered via Paddle. Fees are non-negotiable and computed transparently based on system scale settings. Failure to settle balance invoices within due intervals may trigger temporary platform access degradation suspension parameters.

4. Limitation of Liability

SpeSchool Pro provides structural data storage interfaces. We bear no liability for local administrative school errors, course capacity disputes, missing historical attendance entries, or invoice calculation formatting errors induced by manual parameter edits.
