We offer an absolute 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee for new platform workspaces configurations. If our core translation assets, invoicing pipelines, or minor tracking modules fail to align with your school administration flows, you can request a refund inside the initial 14-day execution timeframe window.

2. Processing via Paddle

Because Paddle.com is our official merchant of record and designated handling agent, all refund payouts, currency normalization conversions, and transactional tracking adjustments are initiated via the Paddle customer management system console interface.

3. How to Open a Refund Claim Request

To request a refund configuration credit adjustment, please notify our service desk directly via billing@SpeSchoolpro.com. Include your active tenant domain name, your registered workspace email hash, and the transaction receipt token issued by Paddle during the purchase phase.
